Zaphod Conference Picks Top Performer Monday, June 28th , 2032 The top batter in the Zaphod Conference last week was Evan Gilbert, who batted .515 and towered above everybody with a 7-game hitting barrage. During the week Gilbert banged out a .515 batting average (17-for-33), 4 home runs, 14 runs batted in and scored 11 runs. Today the Brevard County right fielder received the ZAP Player of the Week Award. Presently Gilbert is batting .372 with 21 home runs and 84 RBIs. He has played in 72 games and scored 65 times. |
