Wild Sergio Rivera Down and Out for Year Wednesday, June 2nd , 2032 Sergio Rivera will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Cranbrook reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Rivera was injured while throwing a pitch in the Wild-Farmers clash at South End Stadium recently. Doctors said he has shoulder inflammation and would be out a minimum of 4-5 months. Rivera's record this season is 0-and-1 with no saves and a 6.14 ERA. He has given up 40 hits in 29.1 innings with 16 strikeouts. |
