Jaramillo Gets 5 Hits Monday, April 12th , 2032 It was high-fives all around for León Jaramillo at Biscuits Park today. He got them from his teammates and he got them at the plate during an outstanding hitting performance against the Rural Retreat Tsunami. Jaramillo smashed 5 hits in 5 at-bats on his monster day, leading his club to a 11-10 win. "León was hitting everything," said Peaches manager Guillermo Mota. "It really was a special game for him." In the opposing dugout, Tsunami manager Pancho Rivera told BNN beat writers that Jaramillo "ambushed" the club. "Obviously we didn't have much success against him, but we'll have another chance," the skipper said. "Hopefully, Jaramillo oversleeps next time." León Jaramillo singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and singled in the 7th. For the year Jaramillo is batting .455 with no home runs.
