Rhys Renshaw Hurt, Will Miss Rest of Year Friday, September 12th , 2031 The season is apparently over for Rhys Renshaw. The Wakeland Walleye medical staff informed the club that the closer will be out at least 11 months with a stretched elbow ligament. Renshaw was hurt in the game against Cathedral while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. For the year Renshaw has made 53 relief appearances and claimed 31 saves. His record is 7-7 with 41 strikeouts in 58.2 innings and a 2.15 ERA. |
