Tuesday, July 19th , 2005
Doctors in Great Falls said Luis Aragon might not play anymore this year. The Dodgers closer suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow during a game against the Elizabethton Twins and will be out for at least 6 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season.
Aragon has 2 saves in 8 relief appearances this season with a 1-0 mark and 0.00 ERA. In 7.2 innings he has 5 strikeouts and 7 walks. Other clubs are hitting .240 against him.
