Dickson Keeps Hit Streak Alive Sunday, July 18th , 2032 The hitting streak for Mountain Vista center fielder Walt Dickson now stands at 20 games, but the Golden Eagles dropped today's contest 12-6 to the Knox Central Panthers. Dickson went 1-for-5 in the game. "Things went well for me personally today," he said later. "I got 1 hit and the streak keeps going. But we didn't win the game." Walt Dickson flied out in the 1st, flied out in the 2nd, grounded out in the 5th, grounded out in the 7th and singled in the 9th. This year Dickson has hit at a .308 clip with 33 RBIs, 11 home runs and 69 runs scored. |
