Ketcham's Washington to Miss Season Thursday, July 1st , 2032 Doctors in Ketcham said Stephen Washington might not play anymore this year. The Indians starting pitcher suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament during a game against the Terra Nova Tigers and will be out for at least 13 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season. Washington has made 12 starts so far this year and put up a 4-2 won-lost record with a 3.42 ERA. In 55.1 innings he has allowed 51 hits, walked 13 and struck out 34. |
