Jefferson City's Jiménez Bags TL Batting Award Thursday, July 1st , 2032 Fernando Jiménez put together a good June to earn the Trillian League Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Jefferson City officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Jammers right fielder posted a .409 batting average with 10 home runs, 27 RBIs and 20 runs scored. This season Jiménez is batting .329 with 16 home runs. |
