Indians McCain to Miss Year Thursday, June 24th , 2032 Playoff hopes of Indians player David McCain have been dealt a blow today after tests revealed the reliever suffered a ruptured disc throwing a pitch in today's game against Ingraham Rams. McCain is expected to miss up to 7 months, effectively ruling him out of the playoffs. McCain's record so far this season is 0-and-3 with 18 saves and a 3.46 ERA.
