SS Julián Ramírez Out Wednesday, May 5th , 2032 Earlier today, Boone County shortstop Julián Ramírez had to leave the game against Nipmuc Regional because of an injury. Team officials are reporting that he has a severely strained hip muscle and will miss 4 months of play. Ramírez was hurt running the bases and was unable to continue playing. He will be evaluated this afternoon by team physicians. For the year Ramírez is batting .203 with 12 hits and no home runs. He has scored 3 times and driven in 7. |
