Butler Parts Company with Skipper Rain Friday, October 24th , 2031 Steve Rain has been released as the Butler Golden Tornado manager. Golden Tornado officials said it is time to make a change and get the club heading in a different direction. The dismissed skipper was philosophical about his fate. "When things don't go right, the first thing management does is get a new manager," he said. "That seems to be the quickest solution to making things better -- or at least, making them seem better. That's just the way baseball is." |
