Playoffs? No Chance for John Jay Saturday, August 30th , 2031 There will be no late-season playoff surge for the John Jay Patriots, who were officially eliminated from postseason contention today. The Patriots have missed the playoffs 22 times in their 28 years as a National High School Federation franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 3rd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2028. In the last 10 seasons, the Patriots have only made the playoffs once. John Jay last won the High School World Series in 2005. |
