Warriors Lose Pérez for Season Friday, August 29th , 2031 A blow for Arturo Pérez today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 6-7 months with a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament. Pérez suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Foxborough Warriors are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Pérez's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. So far this season Pérez has a 3-4 record, 16 starts, 83.1 innings, 72 strikeouts and a 3.02 ERA. |
