Wolfpack End Willis's Streak Monday, August 2nd , 2027 Bob Willis's sizzling hitting streak was snapped at 20 games today as the Stratford Northwestern Huskies dropped their contest with the West Morris Wolfpack 11-7 at Joe Nathan Field. Willis failed to get a hit, finishing 0-for-2. After the game Willis spoke with BNN and called his effort "quite a streak." "I just ran into some good pitching today," he said. This season Willis is batting .348 with 57 hits and 8 home runs. He has scored 37 times and has 31 runs batted in. |
