Bulger 5-for-5 Against Buckeyes Monday, May 17th , 2032 It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Braydon Bulger of the Southern Miss Golden Eagles. Bulger went on a tear at Pete Taylor Park and cracked hit after hit off Ohio State pitching. When the dust settled on the diamond, the 20-year-old second baseman had a career 5-for-5 day and something he will long remember. "Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but I don't think I'll tell them we lost," he joked in the BNN postgame interview. Despite Bulger's personal accolades, the Ohio State Buckeyes walked off the field with the 6-5 win. Braydon Bulger tripled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 6th and singled in the 9th. Bulger on the season is hitting .347 with 8 home runs.
