Consecutive-Game Hit Streak Continues for Blair Tuesday, July 27th , 2032 Port Huron shortstop Jeff Blair keeps on racking up hits every time he plays. His hitting streak now stands at 20 games after collecting 3 hits at The Castle of Kansas City today. The Flags took the 20-13 victory over the Miami Towers. "I have been seeing the ball really good the last few weeks, but I am a bit surprised how things are working out," Blair said. "I've gotten a couple flares to drop in, so I've also been a little lucky." Jeff Blair flied out in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, grounded out in the 5th and hit a two-run triple in the 7th. In 84 games Blair is hitting .291 this season with 90 hits, 4 home runs, 38 RBIs, 39 walks, .370 OBP and has scored 53 runs. |
