Juan Carlos Rangel Hurt, Will Miss Rest of Year
Thursday, July 15th , 2032
The doctors have spoken and Juan Carlos Rangel of the Bardo A's didn't like what he heard. The 24-year-old reliever is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Rangel sustained his season-ending injury during the Lowell Spinners game yesterday at Pokey Reddick Park. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Bardo medical staff reported Rangel had shoulder inflammation and would be absent from the lineup for at least 6 months.

For the year Rangel has saved 1 games while posting an ERA of 6.68 and 56 strikeouts in 67.1 innings. His totals also include a 5-2 record in 48 relief appearances.
