BL Star of the Week Named Monday, May 17th , 2032 José Díaz demonstrated his potential to be a star in the game last week and today he took home the Boze League Player of the Week Award. The Clarksville third baseman wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .483 average (14-for-29) with 6 home runs and 18 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. In the current season, Díaz has put up a .366 batting average with 41 hits, 16 home runs, 40 runs batted in and scored 31 runs. |
