Clippers End Robles's Streak Tuesday, May 4th , 2032 Francisco Robles's sizzling hitting streak was snapped at 23 games today as the Port Huron Flags dropped their contest with the Rochester Clippers 4-3 at Biscuits Park. Robles failed to get a hit, finishing 0-for-4. After the game Robles spoke with BNN and called his effort "quite a streak." "I just ran into some good pitching today," he said. This season Robles has hit 1 home run and posted a .390 batting average. |
