Great Day for Pérez -- 5 Hits Thursday, July 15th , 2032 All game long, Kinuso's Bartolo Pérez was rattling the walls at The Castle of Kansas City and banging out base hits against the Molokai Sharks. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the Blues had a 13-3 victory. Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 20-year-old right fielder said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this." Bartolo Pérez doubled in the 1st, hit a two-run single in the 2nd, singled in the 5th, hit a two-run double in the 6th and hit a three-run home run off Lou Durango in the 8th.
