Player of the Week: Drexel's van Hoof Monday, July 12th , 2032 Mink van Hoof is respected by most Drexel Blue Raiders fans for his no-frills style of play. The 20-year-old right fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Coppinger League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .545 average (12-for-22) with 2 home runs, 8 RBIs and 9 runs scored. So far this season, van Hoof has recorded a .315 batting average with 34 hits, 3 home runs, 18 RBIs, 25 runs scored and a .413 OBP. |
