Feliciano Gone for Season in Boston
Sunday, July 11th , 2032
When Boston reliever Gabriel Feliciano was taken out of the game, the crowd at the Hangovers-Knights game went silent as they could tell that it was a serious injury. That was confirmed today by doctors when they revealed that Feliciano had sustained a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and will be out for about 8 months.
For the year Feliciano has 13 relief appearances and a 4-0 record with no saves. He has logged 38.2 innings and allowed 31 base hits. Opposing clubs have put up a .221 batting average against him. Feliciano has rung up 30 strikeouts, surrendered 18 walks and fashioned a 2.79 ERA.
