José García Wallops 3 Homers for Man o' Wars Saturday, June 12th , 2032 In a powerful performance that left the fans at iField @ Berkshire Hathaway Park buzzing, Myrtle Beach Man o' Wars first baseman José García blasted a trio of home runs en route to a 11-1 win over the Kingston Sojourners. "Everything was clicking," García told the press. "My timing was good and I got pitches I could handle and I didn't miss them." García shined brilliantly in the win, with 3 hits in 4 at-bats, 4 RBIs and 3 runs scored. "It's not just one guy, it's everybody," Man o' Wars manager Matt Harvey said. "José played great but it takes more than one guy to win a game." José García hit a solo-shot off Brad Quine in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Brad Quine in the 3rd, walked in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Aarnoud de Haer in the 7th and grounded out in the 8th.
