Sharkeez Advance to Round 3 Sunday, September 21st , 2031 Fans at 420 Park saw the Round 2 come to a close today, as the Isla Vista Sharkeez defeated the Napa Fleas by a score of 7-3, and advanced to the Round 3. Isla Vista won the series 4-1 and will now continue their march toward the Round 4. "It feels good to be moving on, I can't deny it," said catcher Juan Mendoza, who was named series MVP. "Not everyone thought we'd make it this far." The Isla Vista Sharkeez don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Indy Rangers - Wrigleyville Cursed Billy Goats series. That series is tied at 2 games apiece. The Round 3 schedule will be announced after the Round 2 finishes.
