Area 51 Right Fielder Picked CL Player of the Week Monday, June 2nd , 2031 It's always a thrill for fans of the team and students of the game alike when a superstar in the making shows what he's got. Yunosuke Ishibashi, the Area 51 Extraterrestrial's 22-year-old right fielder, put himself in the spotlight last week making him the clear-cut choice for Coppinger League Player of the Week honors. He ripped 10 hits in 25 at-bats, compiling a .400 average with 3 home runs and 10 RBIs. So far this year Ishibashi is hitting .317 with 8 home runs. |
