Chapman Runs Hit String to 20 Straight Games
Wednesday, July 28th , 2032
The South Side Enforcers may have proven to be mere mortals today as they lost 6-5 to the Oklahoma City Cyclones, but Matt Chapman continued to hit like a god.

The third baseman collected 1 hit in 4 at-bats in the loss and extended his hitting streak to 20 games.

"Chapman is playing great and is on fire right now," Enforcers manager Tony Saunders said. "Hopefully his play can spark the rest of our team and help us pick up some wins."

Chapman was apparently not happy with the game and when pressed by reporters in the locker room only said "nothing else matters but the loss."
Matt Chapman flied out in the 1st, flied out in the 4th, singled in the 6th, walked in the 7th and flied out in the 9th.

Currently Chapman is batting .292 with 7 home runs, 41 RBIs and 47 runs scored.
