Bad News for Kansas City, Alex Benjamin Hurt Sunday, July 11th , 2032 Dealing with injuries is part of the game, and now Alex Benjamin of the Scouts knows this firsthand. He was injured against the Saint Louis Martins while throwing the ball. Because of a rotator cuff strain, the Kansas City left fielder is expected to miss 4 weeks. Benjamin was a little upset, but understands it comes with the territory. "Baseball can be a contact sport. You try to be careful, but no matter how careful you are, injuries happen."
