AL's #1 Player, Christensen of Saint Louis Monday, May 31st , 2032 Veteran Jake Christensen had a great week at the plate for the Martins to capture the majority of votes for Player of the Week in the Anderson League. The 33-year-old Saint Louis right fielder built a .538 average on the strength of 14 hits in 26 at-bats, 4 home runs and 11 RBIs. This season Christensen has hit at a .299 clip and produced 33 runs batted in, 10 home runs and 36 runs. |
