Corpus Christi Center Fielder Hurt Thursday, May 6th , 2032 Cristóbal Hernández expressed his disappointment when he learned that rotator cuff tendinitis would sideline him for 3 weeks. "I'll just spend a lot of time in the training room and hopefully speed up the healing process. Nobody likes to be out of the lineup," explained Hernández. The center fielder got hurt in today's game with the Brooklyn Bats. He was hurt throwing the ball. Team officials had no comment on his roster replacement.
This year Hernández is hitting .319 with 5 home runs and 17 RBIs to his credit. He has gotten on base at a .405 clip and scored 13 runs.
