Lemcke Sizzles with 20-Game Batting Streak Friday, July 26th , 2024 Nobody has been able to shut down South Side Enforcers first baseman Bob Lemcke in recent days. The Winnipeg Goldeyes fared no better than the rest. Today at The Enforcer Grounds, Lemcke picked up 3 hits in 4 at-bats en route to a 7-2 Enforcers victory. It stretched his hitting string to 20 consecutive games. Bob Lemcke singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, struck out in the 6th and singled in the 8th. For the season Lemcke has produced 86 hits in 283 at-bats for a .304 average with 22 home runs and gotten on base at a .371 clip. |
