Border City Bats Silenced by Moyer Wednesday, August 18th , 2027 In a remarkable performance, McCleary Sasquatch starter Ronald Moyer beat the Border City Buck$ 4-0 in an impressive 4-hit shutout. "My arm felt good, mechanics were good and my stuff was working," he said later. "It doesn't get any better than this." The Sasquatch hurler finished with 11 strikeouts and no walks. He showed pinpoint control and a sharp fastball. "It was a rough one for my guys," Border City manager Jeff Bagwell said following the game. "We weren't at our best and their guy was."
