The Death Valley Buzzards stopped the Stratford Cosmos, 10-6, at The Lockar Room. The Buzzards got a big game from Jorge Reyes, who went 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. With the win, the Buzzards improved to 29-24.

Death Valley relied on the hitting of Xander Bogaerts to pick up the win. The third baseman clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Buzzards on top, 6-5. For the game, Bogaerts had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
