The Stratford Cosmos topped the Kittanning Union by a score of 7-2. Leading the way was shortstop Tony Torres. Torres belted 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 4 for the Cosmos. Sean Biddle earned the save, his 3rd. After today's action, Stratford sits at 24-14; Kittanning slips to 24-14.

Stratford relied on the bat of Jaime Castillo to get the win. The first baseman ripped a 3-run home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Cosmos ahead, 3-2. For the game, Castillo had 2 doubles and 1 home run in 5 at-bats.
