Lee Helps Buzzards Run Win Streak to 10
Jung-hoo Lee was a major contributor to the 7-5 Death Valley win over Shelbyville. The Buzzards center fielder was 4 for 5 with a home run and 2 doubles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Iván Soto, the winning pitcher, improved to 3-3. He pitched 6.1 innings, giving up 9 hits and 5 runs, while striking out 5 and walking 2. Josh Hader finished the game for Death Valley and earned his 10th save.

Lee had a timely hit for Death Valley in the top of the seventh. With Shelbyville trailing 5-4, he turned a 1-1 cutter into a 2-run home run. It was his 5th home run of the season, making it 6-5, Death Valley.

"Nice to tuck this win away," said Lee.

With the win, Death Valley raised its record to 21-15.
