Tropics Lose to Meatballs in Walk Off
Sausalito used a superb performance from starting pitcher Tomás Martínez to down the Puerto Rico Tropics, 2-1. Sausalito reliever Felipe Herrera was the winner. His record is now 7-3. The losing pitcher was Miles Dijk. The second-place Meatballs have won 5 consecutive games.

The Meatballs relied on right fielder Paul Wagner for the game-winning hit. And, in the bottom of the 11th, he delivered, hitting a run-scoring double to seal the deal.

Martínez attributed the win to his team's "focus and intensity."
