A good performance from right fielder Yeong-il Han helped the Death Valley Buzzards defeat the Puerto Rico Tropics, 7-5. Han was 3-5 with 2 home runs for the Buzzards. Death Valley reliever Miguel Muñóz picked up the win, raising his record to 2-2. Alex Valéncia was tagged with the loss. The Buzzards, at 54-38, have now won 5 straight.

Han had a game-changing home run in the top of the seventh. On a first pitch changeup from Alex Valéncia, he banged a solo home run to left, giving the Buzzards a 6-5 lead. It was the 17th home run of the year for Han.

"I still think this team can play even better," Han told the Death Valley Bulletin.
