South Bend's van Campen Goes Ballistic with 5 Hits Wednesday, August 4th , 2027 Harris van Campen did more than his part as the South Bend Cubs topped the Inverness Highlanders today at Jackie Robinson Park. The Cubs second baseman pounded out 5 hits to pace his team to a 11-1 thumping of the Highlanders. Harris van Campen hit an RBI single in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and hit a two-run double in the 9th.
