Rodríguez Torches Demolition for 5 Hits Friday, August 13th , 2027 The 5th time is the charm -- at least for Santiago Rodríguez. The catcher for the West Morris Wolfpack hit the milestone today against the Deer Creek Demolition, helping his club to a narrow 7-6 victory. Rodríguez finished with a 5-for-5 line at the plate. "Rodríguez was a tough out today," Deer Creek manager Pierre Hamon told the press in the postgame interview. "If it weren't for him, I think we had this one." Santiago Rodríguez singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
