Year Ends for Onne Boon in Pepperdine Sunday, August 6th , 2028 The season is ending on a bad note for Onne Boon, reliever for the Pepperdine Waves. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Boon was hurt against the Seattle Redhawks while throwing a pitch. He suffered shoulder inflammation and will be out for at least 6-7 months. This year Boon has earned 1 save, worked 48 innings, fanned 35 hitters and recorded a 5.25 ERA. He has also put up a 2-1 won-lost mark. |
