Eastern Conference Selects July's Best Batter Sunday, August 1st , 2032 UMBC Retrievers fans believe they've got a talented young star in Daisuke Komatsu. He did nothing to dissuade that notion in July, as he hit .398 with 17 home runs, 45 RBIs and 33 runs scored. The end result was the first baseman being named the Eastern Conference Batter of the Month. Batting .343 to date, Komatsu has 45 home runs and 100 RBIs. |
