5-for-6 Day for Blackwell Sunday, July 18th , 2032 Justin Blackwell had an answer for everything the Georgia Southern Eagles threw at him today at J. I. Clements Stadium. The Mississippi State second baseman went 5-for-6 in the game to put his name in the record book and put the Bulldogs on top, 15-12. Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Blackwell said, "I just see the ball and I hit it." Justin Blackwell hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit an RBI triple in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 7th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Alfonso López in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th.
