5-Hit Blitz by Olds Thursday, June 17th , 2032 Vincent Olds had an answer for everything the Nebraska Corn Huskers threw at him today at Fowler Park. The San Diego left fielder went 5-for-5 in the game to put his name in the record book and put the Toreros on top, 9-3. Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Olds said, "I just see the ball and I hit it." Vincent Olds singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Keith Allen in the 4th, doubled in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off Sancho González in the 8th.
