Season May Be Over for Gaels Guillon Friday, June 11th , 2032 Saint Mary's reliever Arnaud Guillon could miss the remainder of the season because of shoulder inflammation. He exited yesterday's New Mexico State game after injuring himself while throwing a pitch. The original diagnosis said Guillon would be out 7-8 months. Later on his doctors said he could be out even longer. "He's done," his manager commented at the BNN press conference. "It's a season-ending injury, but it could have been worse. It's not the worst-case scenario, so we're happy about that." This season Guillon has logged 5 relief appearances, 13 IP, 10 strikeouts, and a 4.15 ERA. His W-L mark is no wins and 1 loss, and he has no saves. |
