North Dakota's Besnier Elbows His Way to WC Award Sunday, November 2nd , 2031 Georges Besnier of the North Dakota Fighting Hawks fired on all cylinders in 2031 and dominated Western Conference batters. For his superb season he has been selected the Outstanding Pitcher Award winner. During the year Besnier compiled a 15-2 record, a 1.89 ERA and 160 strikeouts while working 148 innings. He received 95 first place votes out of a possible 96.
