González Collects Player of the Week Award Monday, August 16th , 2027 All week long nobody could get Pedro González out in the Western Conference and that is the prime reason he was voted the Player of the Week. The USC right fielder took home the trophy by blasting 10 hits in 21 at-bats for a .476 batting average, driving in 13 runs and scoring 10 times. To date, González has collected 51 hits for a .372 average. He has posted 11 home runs, scored 39 runs and driven in 38 runs. |
