Holden's Hit Streak Reaches 20 Games Thursday, September 4th , 2031 Nobody has been able to shut down Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns first baseman Kyle Holden in recent days. The Marshall Thundering Herd fared no better than the rest. Today at M. L. Tigue Moore Field, Holden picked up 1 hit in 3 at-bats en route to a 15-4 Ragin' Cajuns victory. It stretched his hitting string to 20 consecutive games. Kyle Holden walked in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Ismael Contreras in the 3rd, grounded out in the 4th and flied out in the 6th.
