Kim's Season Could be Over
Friday, August 29th , 2031
Doctors in Wichita State said Chang-hyun Kim might not play anymore this year. The Shockers catcher suffered a torn posterior cruciate ligament during a game against the Evansville Purple Aces and will be out for at least 9 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season.
Kim is batting at a .230 pace this season, picking up 23 hits in 100 at-bats with 5 home runs, 21 RBIs and 14 runs scored.
