Wolverines Buried - Out of Playoffs Friday, August 8th , 2031 Did anyone think the Michigan Wolverines had a chance at the postseason this year? It was already quite unlikely, and now even the smallest hopes have been dashed -- the team was mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. Before this season, the Wolverines last missed the playoffs in 2029. In the 28 years they have been a College Baseball franchise, they have missed the playoffs 26 times.
