The UAB first baseman had a fantastic 5-for-5 day against the Arkansas State Red Wolves, leading his club to victory, 8-4. "I was seeing the ball very well and it was going just about anywhere I wanted," McCoy said later." Corey McCoy singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Ray Lowney in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
