Season-Ending Injury for Jorge Ramírez Saturday, June 9th , 2029 The season is ending on a bad note for Jorge Ramírez, closer for the Kansas Jayhawks. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Ramírez was hurt against the Missouri Tigers while throwing a pitch. He suffered a torn labrum and will be out for at least 5-6 months. Looking at his season stats to date, Ramírez has 13 saves in 21 relief appearances with a 1-1 mark and 3.00 ERA. |
